So I am trying desperately to change my last name on my account. I have been tossed from one dept to another. Everyone passes the buck. I got one gentleman who sounded like he knew what he was doing, he even gave me a tracking #, but to no avail, nothing happened after 2 months. They tell me they "have to" run my credit report to change my name. This is bologna. The judge signed a document stating I could change my name back. They did not even ask me for that. Very very frustrating..... Any suggestions?
