Like other threads, for the past several weeks I have been unable to access any information in my myverizon account. I can log in, but there's no billing or service information.
I've been shuffled by phone between Verizon eAnswer and Tech Support, and have been promised that this issue has been escalated.
What the heck is going on with Verizon????

Sorry you are having difficulty with your online account information. An agent with access to your account will reach out to you directly by email, private message in the Forums and/or the billing telephone number on your Verizon account for more information or to help you resolve your issue.
