I HAVE DISCONNECTED SERVICE BACK IN DECEMBER. VERIZON PAID MY DIRECTV BILL AND THEN TOOK IT BACK. NOW I AM ON THE DIRECTV NO GO LIST AND OWE THEM MONEY I PAID VERIZON FOR. I WANT TO SETUP DIRECTV AND CANT UNTIL THE BILL IS PAID. I DO HAVE A CREDIT ATTACHED TO MY ACCOUNT BUT TOLD TO WAIT THREE MONTHS TO RECEIVE CHECK. THIS IS ROBBERY AND WANT MONEY NOW. I HAVE HAD TWO BILLS SINCE DISCONNECT AND NOW I AM A TARNISHED DIRECTV CUSTOMER WHO CANT GET THE DEALS WITHOUT PAYING A FEE FIRST. DO NOT GET THE TRIPLE PLAY PACKAGE WITH DIRECTV. THIS IS VERIZON ISSUE TRYING TO GOUGE YOU. I WAS NEVER LATE,ACTUALLY ALWAYS EARLY ON PAYING NOW I AM SCREWED.

TRIED TO TALK TO CSR'S AND THEIR SUPERVISORS AND KEPT GETTING RUN AROUND WELL YOU NEED TO TALK TO THESE PEOPLE AND CIRCLES AND CIRCLES. THEN TOLD I HAD TO WAIT 30 MINUTES TO ATTEMPT TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR/MANAGER. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!! I ACTUALLY HUNG UP AT 32 MINUTES ON HOLD AWAITING. 

DO NOT GET ANY PACKAGE WITH OUTSIDE TV VENDOR AND VERIZON.  FIOS THE BILLING IS NOT BAD.
