Long story short. Been with Fios Internet for nearly 4 years, and it has always been autopayed with my credit card. It was my own mistake that I didn't consider any invoices or statements because I never got one from Verizon. I want to make some adjustments online and realized that I don't even know my own account number, especially since I never got any statements in the mail.
As well I have never registered online, and don't have home phone with Verizon neither. So because of these I can't do anything. (such as reset account, find lost password, etc)
Anything I can do?

Call Verizon. They should be able to look up your account info for you. (Options on their Contact Us page.)
