After holding for hours yesterday, I finally got someone to issue a repair ticket for my FIOS service which is out in Texas. Today if I check on the status of this ticket on my account, it says there are no open tickets, although I received a text message saying I would receive service before 9PM today.

Having the same problem here! I have a repair ticket number and not showing on my account when I sign in to check status. My repair was slated to be complete on 11/01! Still don't have email or On Demand. Email has been out for more than a week. Verizon....where are you?

I am in Texas, The tech came late yesterday and got me back online. Ticket never did show on my account repair status. I did receive text messages that the tech had been dispatched.
