Poor customer services

I been on the phone for over 45 minutes trying to ask why did my online payment was process twice and how I'm going to get my money back! The poor customer service I received was unreal. "you can wait for next month bill and not pay anything or wait 27 days and call back" like really!!!! When I asked for a manager " billing dept. Managers don't take calls" oh really. what can i do?

Get out now, while you still can!   Verizon is part of the 1%.  Trust me, they are not concerned about you.  They only want your money.  They don't want to hear about your problems.  Why do you think it takes so long to reach a Customer Service Representative?  They don't want to talk to you. When you do finally reach a Rep., they are usually useless and not accountable. They want you to just go away and pay what ever amount they bill you for.  Take my advise, go find a another telephone and internet provider!
