Well I'm having trouble signing up, I went to register and click on register now type in my account number and it said I'm already register, but it never took me to the place to make a screen and password or type in my bank information and its saying that my account is lock,can someone help me out.
You log into the Verizon.com website using your email address/username and password established when you signed up for service. If you need assistance with these credentials, please send me a private message.
