You can change the nickname by logging into your account at www.verizon.com. In the red bar at the top click on "account" , then click the drop down listing for "account profile" . In the new window that comes up, click "set account nickname". You can now type in whatever you want to appear as the nickname. The coupons is part of the Verizon toolbar. The only way to get rid of it is to uninstall the toolbar.
