I'm due a renewal bonus of $250.00. How long before I get it - and will it be a credit to my account or a Visa card mailed to my home?

That's going to depend on what you signed up for. When you signed up for the renewal, what did Verizon tell you that you would be getting?

Its a prepaid visa card. It ships within 30 days after having the service for a minimum of 60 days.

You should get a post card in the mail within a few weeks after signing up with a tracking number to track it on verizon.net/rewards

You should also get an email and/or automated phone call message after 60 days and once the bonus starts processing.
