We upgraded to the faster, better service and it has been a pain in the neck. Everytime I switch from e-mail to my home page it reverts back to the slower version. I did change my home page to the new service but to no avail. There should be a way to contack Verizon without being on hold for 15 to 20 minutes, I was on hold so long I just gave up. When my contract is up I'm moving on even if you fix my problem, I regret ever changing from my old service. There have been too many problems with the service you offer, I spend over $200 a month for your services and for that I expect good if not the best service you can offer.
