I would like to know if anyone has any ideas on how i can limit purchasing capabilities on a single HD Set Top Box
Each box parental controls are seperate. You can and should assign a pin and activate parental controls with or without actually restricting programs. Then activate purchase controls (under parental controls) using either the same pin or a seperate pin.
