I have to admit that Verizon FIOS and wireless reception and TV viewing services are good.  However, the Verizon "Customer Service", and support staff are horrible and their ripping us off.  I made the mistake of change my home services to their "Triple Play Package".HUGE MISTAKE!!!!!!!!! Since November of 2011 I have not seen the same bill amount, I have looked at my account on-line to see one amount, called Verizon to be sent from one department to another, each one of them giving me a different amount, then they transfer you again to someone who  says "I can't help you with that I'm the billing department" or you have to contact "financial".  They give you another number to call, you call that number, and your back to the billing department.  I am so angry with them!!!!!!!!
