Unhappy with REWARDS!!!

When I switched to Verizon in JUNE 2012, I was supposed to receive a Verizon Visa Rewards Card for $500 after 90 days of service. To this date have not received anything in the mail, phone or email about my reward.

Well, here we are, more than 90 days later and still NOTHING..

Isn't it disingenuous and rather bad business to offer incentives, promise rewards, rebates, etc. and then sit on them, saying one thing and doing another?

Have you tried calling Verizon to check on the status of your rewards card?

I've tried calling but don't have time to sit on hold forever. I don't understand why they would offer an incentive and then not follow through. I think this might be better handled by Consumer Report / Better Business Bureau. We'll see... Obviously, I'm not an important customer.
