I think Verizon needs to honor there promises to there customers when it comes to credits to customers acct for services interruptions and services related issues Verizon did not honor there promise to me and i am not happy with responses from customer service when they tell me they can not honor there commitment they made to me Verizon need to own there commitments to there customers.
