I am so disappointed in Verizon services. Every month the bill is high and when you call to speak with a customer rep you are on the phone for hours. They are unprofessional.  You ask to speak with a supervisor they are the worst. I am fighting to straighten out my bill. Do anyone know the head corporate telephone number?

Not sure there's any hope.  I have been trying to straighten out my mother's FIOS bill since early October 2011.  The supervisor last month apologized a zlillion times for her incorrect billing for so long and promised this was it!!!!! Oh, it was.  IT was so wrong this month again.  Did I expect anything else??? good luck.
