Kids are moving.
Called V last week to schedule service in new residence.
Got a fast talking **bleep** that screwed up the order.
The old service was supposed to be shut off 9/1/12
V turned it off today.
Son has Calculus/Chemistry homework for big tests on Mon..
No can do homework.
No FIOS anything
Called today and the rep said all she sees when the account is
brought up is a big red ! with a line thru it.
WHAT THE HE!! IS THAT?
you need to get them to put in an order to restore service and then have em rush it.
