For the past 6 months I have not been able to view precious bills or my current bill. Multiple attempts with multiple support groups have not fixed the problem. They acknowledge my calls concerning the issue but keep bouncing me between tech, billing, and online support.
Anyone have a solution??

This is the main reason that I've stayed with paper bills mailed monthly. I keep a record of all charges.
