My paper bill is charging me 124.99 for the Triple Play and has been for almost a year. However, everytime I go online to log into my account to see what package I have it states that I have Triple Play for 119.99. I have called 2 times so far and have been told that they don't know why and they can't see it. I have asked that they notify tech department. When i signed up the cost was 119.99. No one can explain this difference but yet I still must pay the higher charge. Is this legal?
