im getting frustrated now..i've called verizon tech 3 times and i keep getting the run around. i can not add or change any type of service online i keep getting this message:
Please contact the Verizon Local Business Office We're sorry, we are unable to continue your order at this time.
Please try again later or contact your local Verizon office for assistance. 1 800 - VERIZON (1 800 - 837 - 4966)
if someone can please help me...let me know

I have the exact same problem. I don't mind calling, but prefer to do everything online when I need to which is outside of the business office hours usually. Is it because I no longer use the Verizon Router? My router died a couple of years ago.
