Customer support is bad. Recently we had a verizon tech come to our house after not being able to go wireless with the modem that was sent to us. The tech said it must be a bad modem and ordered a new one. He came back next day took our first modem and said he would turn it in to verizon and this happens all the time. Trusting the man driving the verizon truck we gave him the first modem. Now we are being billed for NONRETURN of equipment. Trying to contact a PERSON from verizon to explain is impossible and when you do speek to someone they pass the uck and NOTHING gets settled and we still get billed. There is NO WAY to handle an injustice  like this.
