i am moving is there a place on the website so i can do the change or do i have to call

It loads up just fine for me.

 

Is it not loading or not completing your move order? "Not working" is a pretty broad complaint. :smileywink:

I am moving from {edited for privacy} on August 24th, 2012 to {edited for privacy}.

 

We had a Fios account at this house in {edited for privacy}., and the equipment had been set up.  What else do we have to do to make this operational on Friday, August 24th, 2012.

 

Please advise.
