my bill is changed from my bundle agreement of 139.99 to 149.99 and a coustomer agent is telling me they are giving me the right price i have an additional 10.00 from my job through verizon connections before i renewed my bundle i was getting this 10.00 after mt total bill now she tells me that is the 10.00 they are using to make my bundle show 139.00. not right please do somthing about this also this example from my recent bill 4/28 5/27 Triple Play Bundle Includes: • FiOS Digital Voice Unlimited 30.00 • FiOS TV Ultimate HD 74.99 • FiOS Internet 50/25 50.00 • Agreement Incentive thru Mar 3, 2016 ($5.00 off Internet) -5.00 Triple Play Bundle Price 149.99 4/28 5/27 (Rent): HD DVR 16.99 4/28 5/27 (Rent): HD Set Top Box 2 @ 11.99 23.98 4/28 5/27 Multi-Room DVR - High Definition 19.99 4/14 5/13 Verizon FiOS Security + Backup (25GB) 2.00 Monthly Charges Subtotal $212.95 compare this to my previous bill 3/284/27Triple Play Bundle Includes: FiOS Digital Voice UnlimitedView Details 30.00 FiOS TV Ultimate HD 74.99 FiOS Internet 50/25 50.00 Agreement Incentive thru Mar 3, 2016 ($5.00 off Internet) -5.00 Triple Play Bundle Price 149.99 3/284/27(Rent): Multi-Room DVR Package - 3 Rm 39.99 3/284/27(Rent): HD DVR 16.99 3/144/13Verizon FiOS Security + Backup (25GB) 2.00 Monthly Charges Subtotal $208.97 if you take the dvr package 39.99 + 16.99 + 2.00 =58.98 why is the same package 62.96 for this bill 3.98 more

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Please go to your profile page for the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board. you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information.

To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe".This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
