Seems that Verizon Fios and Verizon, in general, do not care that they are charging whatever they want for services. I was told they would lower my rate, so I would keep my account with them, but instead they raised my rates again. They just keep on sticing it to their long time customers and give the perks to their new victims, at least for a three month time frame, then it s sticker shock for the new guy. way to go!! TRUST BUST

Sorry for the troubles you are having with your billing. We would like to take a look at this. So we can get more information from you, I have copied your post to our private support board. Please refer all correspondences to there from here on out. You can easily get to the private support one of two ways. In the email you signed up for the forums with, you will receive a link to click on. Make sure you are already signed into the forums before clicking on this link. Another way of getting there is by clicking on your username anywhere you see it in the forums. This brings you to your account profile. Scroll down to the section labeled "My Support Cases" . In there you will see the link to your case.

Trust me Mykey, it's not the old customer they are sticking it to! I have only been with them since the end of October and so far my last 2 bills have been wrong!!!! I continously get disconnect through the phone AND chat and it's been nothing but a nightmare signing up with them!!!

Sorry, I meant it's not just the old customers, it's the new too! Will never refer DirecTV or Verizon to anybody!!

or dish, or comcast, or brightouse, or cablevision, or ...
They all do it to some degree or another. And often its not speifically "them" but the companies they allow to sell their products.
