I've been trying to pay my bill since 4/1 and everytime I login to my account I keep getting the message "We're currently updating your account status. Give us few minutes and check again". Look, I've enrolled in paperless billing and cant pay my bill if the website doesnt work (this is not the first time its been down).


You shouldnt ask customers to setup paperless billing if the alternative method is not stable. My life is busy enough without having to take time to drive to a payment cetner to pay my bill. Its counterproductive. I need an answer as to why this isnt working and when is it going to be fixed.
