I've sent two messages using the form online.
After the first message they told me to check online their reply:
** Please do NOT reply to this email since it is not monitored. ** The reply to your verizon.com inquiry is ready. Because the nature of the message is confidential, we want you to retrieve it in a secure environment. Please access: http://www.verizon.com Sign in to receive or to reply your message. Your Verizon message box stores 10 new messages and 10 saved messages for a maximum of 90 days. Any read or unread messages will be automatically deleted after 90 days. Thank you, Verizon CFS Center
I logged in as suggested in their reply, but I cannot find *anything*
I sent another message from the form and they replied with exactly same message as above. It really sounds like a joke, or it seems the form online doesn't work anymore.

I've had your post copied to an employee monitored board, where a Verizon representative can assist you. You will be contacted by email, private message in the Forums and/or the billing telephone number on your Verizon account as soon as possible.

I have the exact same problem. Can verizon make this better, it is a waste of everybody's time.

No message next to the Perks tab or anywhere else.

One of the admins on the board here created this post with information about where to find the "secure emails" on your account.
If you don't find them there, I'd strongly recommend contacting support directly instead of via email, since that system isn't working for you. Options on Verizon's Contact Us page.
