After 60 days of service your reward will start processing. It will be mailed via UPS within 90 days. You can check the status anytime at www.verizon.com/rewards . The username is your Master Order number and the password is your last name.

As I posted a few days ago in another thread here, I received my gift card exactly 3 months after renewing my triple-play. I have no way to know if that is a typical timeframe, but I paid my last Verizon bill with it this past week, and have quite a bit left over for food or whatever
