verizon website not working

I can view my bill, but when i try to pay online.."we are currently experiencing difficulties with this payment application. Please try again later." (45 days is a long time)..... After many attempts, the website allowed me to return to paper billing. ( problem solved?)

Try clearing your cache and rebotting the browser. If that does not work, try a second browser.
