For those who are finding it hard to get quality service and someone to actually help you with your cell phone needs, I must say that after today by going to Allpage wireless in Basking Rigde NJ, I have found a Verizon retailer who actually listens and wants to make sure you are happy when you leave. The best customer service that I have experienced in a long time. I honestly wish there were more people like that to do business with, and to think I was going to change my plan to Sprint. Keep up with the great service, that store will definitely see me again!!!
