DOESN'T VERIZON CARE ABOUT SECURITY?

I have been trying to get someone to help me about the security on my account for over 6 months now.  It is obvious that I have been connected maliciously to an Exchange server among other things and I can not get anyone to help me at all!  My online Verizon account has also been hacked into and under my identity are all of these support questions for VPN connections and exchange accounts, however, no one will take the time to even look.  I have very obvious evidence about what has happened to my account that I keep reporting and nothing.  The employees are either not trained properly or simply don't care.  They tell me there is no department for security!  What??  I have wasted way too much of my time trying to get someone, anyone to help me.   It is sad that I am going to have to seek legal advise for Verizon for  to pay attention long enough to help me.  If anyone knows of anyone or anyway to talk with someone at Verizon who cares and could  help me please let me know.  Thank you!
