Fios Flex Ad on sign in page

Why is it that when I check the box, " do not ask again", it continually asks each and every time. When I don't want to be asked again, I don't want to be asked again. You will get the same answer..ask my kids. They learned a lot quicker than Verizon has.

I'm sorry you're having this experience! I've let the appropriate team within Verizon know about this and hopefully they can get to the bottom of it. If you still keep seeing it, please send me a Private Message (top right of the page) and I'll escalate this up to our support team.
