Would love to know how to email customer service. I have looked all over and can;t find anywhere to send general customer service issues. I find the profiles of the management team...no email addresses! Just wondering if anyone has email addresses to contact anyone who is actually concerned about the customer experience.

Do you see the search section in the upper right-hand corner? Just below that should be an envelope. It will be gold if you have an unread message, and white if you do not. Next to that is a link "_ new messages" where _ is the number of unread messages you have.
