It's too bad we don't have access to these comments until AFTER we're stuck with this garbage. Of course you have to be a "member" in order to read these comments, which is a good thing for Verizon or they would be out of business by now. But it's my own fault, I've had Verizon in the past for phone service, I don't know why I thought they would be any better a complete package service.

I like how I signed a two year contract and after one year they raise my rates and then tell me the contract isn't for the equipment. Time Warner I will be back.

You just go to them. http://forums.verizon.com - easy as that. You can even register to post on the forums with a "community-only ID" so you can post without a Verizon account, too.

I'm with you. I am tired of the way Verizon conducts business. I wish there was a way to get the word out.

Why do you want to get the word out? I get it, you don't like Verizon or their service, but I do, and lots of others do too. I don't care at all about your bad opinion. So why don't you just cancel and find some other service that you do like and then you can "get the word out" in a positive manner for a change.
