Poor Customer Service

About 3 months ago I held a yard sale and was offered a Android Ultimate for trade for my PSP and games.  I was concerned about being able to activate it so wrote a contract with the trader with the agreement if I couldn't activate it the contract was void and my property returned.   A few days later I went into Shelton Verizon Store to talk with the employee about the phone and verify I could activate it.  The employee accessed the records and confirmed that I could activate the phone as it wasn't listed as stolen.  I was glad to see we had a good trade  However I still had a Tmobile phone contract but waited and was able to go to the store yesterday to activate my Android, I saw the same Verizon employee as the first visit and he recognized me from coming in and asked if I was ready to activate my phone as he remembered assisting me as Shelton is a small town.  He assisted me in attempting at getting the phone activated but then he was told the phone was stolen and to try and confiscate it. The Verizon empoyee knew I had traded the phone and verified it as not beig stolen so he refused to confiscate it as I wouldn't have let him anyway.  I made a fair and even exchange with a person who signed the contract that it was an exchange for which I would be able to activate anytime as it was now considered my property.  A Verizon employee verified that the phone was not stolen so the trade could be made.  However a few months later either the trader or Verizon chose to list the phone as stolen.  What was worse was the Shelton Verizon employee told his company that he could verify me coming in and verify it wasn't stolen. Verizon refused to listen to their own employee or honor a contract made in fair trade.  Even worse is the service I received on the phone from the Verizon employees, they continued insisting that I stole the phone and refused to assist in anyway.  I asked to talk to a supervisor on the phone and the employee said no and that his supervisor did not want to talk to me.  I asked for his supervisors name so I could complain and he refused to  give it to me.  It was the worst c customer service I have received ever.  I am out a psp and games valued over $400 for a phone I can not activate because they refuse to believe me, their own employee, and a written contract.  I will be contacting the better business bureau and make a complaint.
