Programming on MSNBC

Is MSNBC a covert operation of the Republican Party - hiding behind the facade of a progressive news channel ?   I ask because for over a year my friends and I - all Democrats and progressive in our thinking - have noticed that your channel has shown more and more Fox News(sic) clips throughout ALL your news programs.   Since we hate Fox News - can't stand it enough even to laugh at the idiocy - the last thing we want is to give Fox News more airtime on your channel.  Why oh why are you subjecting us to this? Why give the lunacy a platform on your shows - as if it had any value! Isn't there more legitimate news about what Democrats are trying to achieve in Congress or throughout the nation to make our country better?

We can stand a clip here and there from the Fox **bleep** for a laugh - but whole shows have been used up playing their **bleep** as if it had credence!  PLEASE !

Bring us up to date on what programs our Democrats in Congress are trying to push through - or some educational program we are trying to develop for our schools, etc.  Hell, I'd rather see a program about the history of how the Republicans have ruined our country and compare that to the years we Democrats were in charge.  The contrast would be wonderful and people would have a clear picture of what can happen if we let the Republicans in again.  Try it - we'll like it.'

Re: Programming on MSNBC

Why are you posting this kind of silly comment here? Verizon certainly has nothing to do about what MSNBC puts on their channel. You need to complain to MSNBC directly.

I agree with Justin.

This being an off topic board, perhaps you can rant about whatever you wish. But as pointed out, I don't think Verizon has any control over MSNBC's content.

I think The U.S. Constitution defines this Country as a Republic.

Re: Programming on MSNBC

Why would you think that Verizon has anything to do with MSNBC's content?

But since we're talking about it, I've found that there's actually much less Fox News craziness on MSNBC than there used to be since Keith is gone.  Before I started watching his show, I didn't even know what Fox News was!  From what I see, there's much, much less of it now.
