My bill was due on the 24th due to the company I work for not making payroll I knew I was not going to be able to pay the bill. Called the system to to make payment arragement. System told me I did not need to make one because bill not due till April 8th 2012. Called again the automated system said the same thing.
Now service disconected and I called cust service spoke with someone that was not so nice told me I did not call. She does not know who I called but it was not you guys. Very frustrating I tried to reason with her. Very cold person. I do not appreciate being treated less than because my service was interupted.
I will be shopping other companies for service. The fact is yes I am late on my bill. However I called as a responsible person and tried to make arragements and Verizon's automated system told me twice it was not necessary.......Very frustrating.
