I see from reading some of the other posts that I'm not the only one who was cheated out of the "promised" prepaid visa card. I too was told I was ineligible because of someothing that the salesperson did to my account. They changed my package at least 4 times and then told me I wasn't eligible for the prepaid card. I have a feeling this happens a lot more than we may know about. So far I haven't got any response from anyone either.

Thanks, that's where I was going next. I'm on vacation this week so I'll finally have time to sit down and take care of it.

I was promised a Free DVR for life. It went back and fourth with rep telling me I was ineligible. I finally got him to offer the Free DVR, Pre-Paid VISA, Free TV for a year and something else. I chose the DVR. First bill came and I was being charged. I called and got no where. I finally called enough times (25-30) that they finally put me to the retention department. They tried telling me the same thing but I have the rep recorded and played it for her. I got my credit
Just keep calling and calling. Fairly soon it will be cheaper for them to just give you the card. It costs Verizon money every time you call, dont email dont text or chat CALL and keep calling.

They were just featured on my local news for cheating a customer out of the visa card, which happened to me also. She supposedly is getting her card in the next 30 days but she had to battle withVerizon for nine months and contact our news 12 on your side to get Verizon to honor the visa card promo. It's just typical Verizon **bleep**! I'll never see mine cause I'm not willingly to waste my time with their run around. It seems they need it more than I do. But soon as I can I will drop Verizon just because of their lies.Shamed cause if it weren't for that they offer pretty good service.

Quite honestly, both myself and my son had no trouble getting our Visa Card as promised. I also have a neighbor who got the card as well.
