We know that some of you have been hanging around the Verizon Community for a while, and some of you are new to the Verizon Community. We also know that some of you would like to talk amongst yourselves about topics outside of Verizon Residential Products and Services – because you have told us you would.
So, here you go! Here is your lounge – your “off topic” board! Sample topics could include how you plan to spend your family vacation, what you think about the latest news, or what you think of that movie you just downloaded from Verizon’s Flex View (or saw in the theaters). In the future, we’ll give this section of the community a new name, but we know you all get the idea. =)
Once you hit the “Bronze” rank, you can even upload some “fun photos,” and the “Gold” amongst us can upload videos. Remember, keep it clean. Both photos and videos are pre-moderated before being posted live on the community. This is to make sure they meet the standards set forth in our Verizon Community Terms of Service. These guidelines also apply to our “off topic board.”
One last thing…we all know what the “hot-button” topics are. Please try to keep it light. If things start “heating up” or getting “disruptive,” the community managers and moderation team have the right to close or remove the topic to ensure an enjoyable experience for all.
