I was expecting today April 7 a technician to install my services from 1pm - 5m.
I was home all 5 hours on a Saturday waiting for them.
I called twice , had two wait every time more than 30 minutes and I was told both times for two customer representatives
that the techinician is on each way and i am next and tehy are running a little late and I should wait.
Waited a couple more hours and nobody ever showed up!!!
i called again, I was connected to a tech support guy, he apologized he said that he will call me in 30 minutes to let me know what's going on. He never did!!!
I went online to check my order status and there was a new box that said reschedule. The next availiable date that is give is a month later. !!!
I spent 7 hours of my Saturday waiting for them, nobody ever called me to let me know they are not coming.
Can't u believe that?
And do they expect I am going to do business with them? They got to be kidding me right?
This is the most frustrated customer service related experience i had!
