Has anyone else been scammed by Kary Communications and IDL Communications? I think they work in conjunction with each other. They have been charging my verizon bill 49.99 +tax for SEO services that I NEVER authorized. I see them listed all over the internet. Has anyone had this experience?
This is called third party billing, or "cramming". If you search the forum for those terms, you'll find many threads on the same issue. If you call Verizon they will put a block on them.
Kary Communications crammed our Verizon account in February 2012. Our account manager removed the charges and blocked our account. Now they have a paper bill for "Search Engine Optimization" services which we never authorized or received. Be alert! Leah

Tell Verizon to block all third party charges from your bill. They should not have allowed them. They had a class action Law suit against them. Verizon lost!!

Only because FCC regulations allow third party billing. Plus actually mandate that it be permitted unless you tell your phone company to block all third party billing. Yea Please Don't <BLANK> me! So who are the crooks? The Gov. that we pay to protect us?
