I know that this is not the correct place to be asking this, but I just got a new iPhone the other day and it has a tad bit of a backlight problem. At the top of the screen there are a couple notciable lights. Six to be exact. The brighter you make the screen the less you can see them. My questions will Verizon exchange the phone out for a new one if a consult them about the problem. With they give a refurb, not give me one at all or just pint me on apples direction? I know that backlight bleeding is not that big of an issue but it sucks that you spend a good amount Money and have a slight defect in the phone.
