I am going to make this short ! I am going to tell you what happened and what they told me about an issue I had and would like your feedback. I was driving down Old Philadelphia road a 1 lane small back road in Aberdeen Md where VERIZON was doing work where they had placed a steel plate covering the road. Well I hit the edge of this plate which was unavoidable tearing my tire and trashing my rim. Well I go back to look what the happened took pics of the plate and road ,I made phone calls and emails and The only response I received was " Its like when you hit a pot hole in the city" are they trying to say the city puts pot holes in the road on purpose for us to hit !!!?? The funny part was the next day they had fixed the problem by building asphalt up the the edges like it should have been at first. I just wanted help with paying for my tire and rim and they didn't seem to care 1 bit. what do you think ? thank you
