verizon why does your support suck so much??? i try to post about my internet lagging out every three hours and i try to post my transciever stats and i get errors all the time i have called twice about it and tey have sent me a router which did not fix it and the second time they just switched the frequency channel from 6 to 11. when i did post about it someone just stopped replying out of no where. I am done with you verizon I am switching to Comcast.

I have the same problem. Not to mention if you want to talk to someone you get put on hold for an eternity first.

I agree I understand every company has issues, but Verzon customer service sucks...you get tossed around and thrown under the bus. Nobody seems to care, they just want to close tickets to impress their boss and boost their stats. I am switching to ATT... Good Bye Verizon!
