Wireless Help for Flood Victims in Minot, North Dakota

Recently, the state of North Dakota faced record flooding, with the city of Minot under siege from the Mouse River.

 

The river reached an all-time high level, breaking a record that stood for 130 years, forcing the evacuation of more than 12,000 residents.
