With the beginning of the College Football season, why can't we now get the CBS Sports Network (CH 94 in Philly) in HD!?!?

This channel was previously called CBS College Sports channel.

I cannot believe Fox Soccer HD was added before this channel that carries Live exclusive college football...

The CBS College HD feed has been available to you since 2008!

Joe, what is taking so long to add this channel in HD?  If CBS sports is not available in HD by football season you can kiss me as a customer goodbye.  The same goes for the Pac 12 Network if it is not offered in HD on day 1 in Southern California...

CBS Sports is going to be broadcasting ACC Pac 12 and Big 12 basketball on this network starting this fall, please add this channel in HD ASAP!!!!

CBS sports Network will also be airing coverage of the US Open this year.  Please bring this network online by September so we can watch the US Open and also College football in HD...

Is there any news here?  This is one of few glaring holes in the FIOS offering.  This is the only channel I have noticed that I can get on Cox, but not on FIOS.

Tech played two games on CBS Sports Network last season and I was not able to see either of them in HD on FIOS.

Does anyone from Verizon ever respond to all the suggestions out here?

Have to watch MLL playoffs in SD cause second game is on CBSSN, which still only comes via standard def channel.

What possible justification could Verizon have for not carrying a sports channel in HD??

How can any channel not be shown in HD?  It's not new technology any more.  There are too many sports shown on CBS Sportsnet to not be able to watch in HD.  Please get this done quickly.  Comcast has an HD channel for CBS SN.  Come on Fios, make this happen.

I agree with all of the comments above.  With college basketball season underway, we will be forced to watch hundreds of games in unacceptable standard definition.  As a result, I am seriously considering switching to Comcast or DirecTV if this problem is not resolved in the very near future.  At a minimum, I would appreciate an explanation from Verizon as to why CBS Sports Network is not offered in HD.

Still no update huh?  Hey Verizon, get with it.  I'll trade you 50 stupid channels for this one in HD.  I had to pay $15 more to get CBS sports and it not being in HD is making the competition look attractive.
