Since BBC-HD has already been asked for I'll as for some more. I have the Ultimate HD package and have little interest in sports, yet that seems to be all we're getting as far as new channels these days.

Cartoon Network HD has tons of new HD programing, the Brave and the Bold, Sym-Bionic Titan, etc.

Since Funimation switched over to HD, FIOS now streams the HD channel downconverted on the SD channel and it looks terrible. The resulting picture is either 4:3 letterboxed, or even worse, for 4:3 programming we have a postage stamp sized picture. It's virtually unwatchable. Please add them as a full HD channel ASAP.

Agreed.... I hope Verizon sees this... I would love to watch Black butler on demand instead of waiting for it to come on or waiting for my DVR to record it.

Hello, this is my first post. My wife and I have been Fios since late 2006, when it arrived in my neighborhood. I purchased an HDTV in the spring. While we have been happy with Fios, we are very frustrated with the missing HD channels. Most notable for us are DIY, BBC America, Cartoon Network and Style. I recently noticed a channel called Velocity was added and this just served to irk me more, because it's not a major network like the ones I mentioned. It's even worse to come here and find that many channels have been repeatedly requested and nothing comes of it.

If Verizon doesn't have a contract with a network, that's one thing. However, if the standard definition is part of Fios then so should the HD. Without question or exception. Otherwise, DO NOT advertise that your strong point is HD. I Should not have to go to other services to rent HD episodes of Doctor Who or look at low quality channels when I pay you a rather high amount for quality AND quantity.

@Odysseus: Velocity is not a new, added channel. It's a channel owned by Discovery Networks and has been on FiOS as Channel 631. It was formerly known as HD Theater and prior to that, Discovery HD Theater. Discovery Networks decided to rename/rebrand the channel to Velocity on October 4, 2011 per Wikipedia.

I, too, am looking forward to the HD feeds for DIY Network, Cartoon Network, and H2 (formerly History International).

We almost switched from Verizon because of the lack of CN and BBC HD. We were given the impression that they were coming soon. Still not there. I suspect we won't renew next time if Verizon doesn't get with the program, as both the local competitors have them.

If it were not for multi-room DVR, I would go back to Comcast; better customer service, just-as-fast internet, more HD that I want.

I just got fios installed today and I was pretty excited but there are a couple of things I already don't like about fios. The remote is not as good as time Warner and there is no cartoon network hd. Clone wars is a great show and I am strongly considering cancelling tomorrow and switching back to cable. How could Verizon not offer one of the best channels in hd. Very disappointing but looks like I will have to cancel tomorrow. Sucks.

I enjoy the picture quality and high speed internet, but where is Cartoon Network HD in the lineup? I've had FiOS for two years now, and I'm still waiting for CN in HD.

I have FIOS for two weeks now and I definitely agree with everyone above.

Since we switched to FIOS, the only thing we are missing is some of the HD content from TWC.

Please add Cartoon Network HD, History 2 HD, G4 HD, TCM HD, BBC America HD.
