Just switched from Comcast to Verizon Triple Play and was a little disappointed in the guide when it comes to searching free movies within On Demand. All the folders one must go through and the fact that each channel has its own folders makes for a long, boring process to find the movies.
Is it not possible to have one folder with ALL free movies, regardless of the channel they are on, without having to dig into numerous folders? Sure would be nice!
"in fact it is prohibited by each content provider."
That's interesting. I wonder how Comcast gets around that restriction.
I suppose it's to make it easier for their customers to locate the desired content. Isn't that how it should be? The easier they make it, the more it's used. I don't understand why Verizon can't do the same. Can anyone explain why placing all movies together would be prohibited? I'd love to know.
Are you kidding me? Restricted? I do not believe that since DISH network always had easy to use free movie option. Gee my neighbor who has Cablevision and another with DIRECT TV all have it. Just please be honest and say because it would prevent the $$$ movie purchases!
I thought it was just me
... Good Grief to find a free movie is like an act of congress! I have to click this then click that and after that arrow arrow
.. Has to be a better way and Verizon needs to get the techs on it so many other companies out there to pick from! Just saying..
