It would be nice to have a feature that can enable autoscrolling on the guide.  Right now, once I bring up any version of the guide, (full, 1/2, or mini) I have to manually press the arrow keys to move.  I would like a feature where I can bring up the guide, and press a button (A, B, C, or D) and the guide will automatically scroll up every 5 seconds. (Similar to the way the scan function works on a car stereo) That way I can slow down the onset of carpal tunnel by having to constantly use the remote :-D

I like this idea, but I think the time should be customizable, 5 seconds may be fine for some but I suspect many of us older viewers may need a little more time.....

One thing you can do now if you have not already done so: set up one or two Favorites lists with only the channels you want to scroll through. Doesn't address your issue directly, but could perhaps reduce the number of button pushes at least somewhat.....

Also, FWIW, you can also scroll up/down a whole page at a time in the guide by using the channel + or - buttons which saves many button presses compared to just using the arrows to navigate.

definitely an interesting suggestion... but I see some bigger dragons to slay before working on a feature like this one... of course a ton of votes from the community always speaks volumes.
