Allow customers to block outgoing directory Assistance calls. Then, if we can not use the service, Verizon will not be able to charge for the calls. ( We have had Directory Assistance calls charged which we did not make.) That way, there will be no doubt that the service was used. It is unnecessary anyway because one can get any number they wish right on line.
Outgoing call block from one's Account Manager can not be used to block these calls because you can only block 10 digit numbers.
