If you deploy carrier-grade NAT on your network, don't demand users change subnets.

 

Be sure to use RFC6598 (100.64.0.0/10)

 

Which was recently assigned to provide ISPs with a range for NAT that is not going to conflict with their customers NAT networks.

Agreed. Even better, don't go the way of Carrier-grade NAT and just use IPv6 in my opinion. CGNAT's going to cause a lot of headaches for people, even if subnetting is not going to be an issue.
