I'll second that! I sure hope Verizon pays attention to these feedbacks. Their "improvements" aggravates me every time I use the guide now. Less info displayed on the screen, VOD channels stuck in the middle of almost every page unlike before, and to add insult to injury- response time has doubled. A big step backward and has me investigating other TV options... I was quite happy with the old system. ![]()
I want to triple that. I HATE the new format!!!!! I don't want or need stupid logos or little pictures of the programs and movies. Just give us a listing!
Not only that, but when you advance to the next category it dumps you into the middle of the listings. That means you have to go up and down to see everything. How hard could it have been to figure out that people want to start at the top of a list? Was this not tested anywhere?
This is the worst system I have ever seen.
Not only that, but I too strongly dislike the listings being peppered with VOD movies. Is that simply to bait clueless people to click on one without realizing they have to pay extra?
I wasn't all that thrilled with FIOS TV before this. Now we are abou ready to switch back to our old provider.
No doubt, next step they will link it facebook or something stupid like that. I wish they would lay off the programmers or the marketing people who think they know what people want.
They need to adopt "KISS" Keeep it simple stupid"
I wonder if they even pay attention to the forum and comments.
The new channel guide just shows that Verizon doesn't test any of their upgrades before releasing them.
The new channel guide and VOD guide Sucks!!! It's slow, is difficult to read, takes up too much real estate, and has too many ANNOYING Verizon marketing ads.
Verizon listen to me, I pay over $140 for cable and your NOT getting another dime out of me . I find your marketing/advertising to pay more of VOD specials, offensive!!!
Also, you actually wany to charge a ULTIMATE customer money to watch movies made in the 1960's!!! How rediculious is that.
I've been a valued customer of FIOS for over 5years and have seen you nickel and dime your customers, and your upgrades make using FIOS more difficult to navigate. SHOOT I don't even pay $150 per month for my PROPERTY TAXES.
